Rental conditions

Rentals are made on a weekly basis.

Arrival: Saturday after 5 pm. Departure: Saturday before 10 am.

Deposit: 25% at the moment of reservation, the rest one week before arrival.

Bail: 1000 Euros.

Tenants must pay a cleaning and laundry fee of 120 €.

Services included in the rate :

Sheets, fitted sheets, pillow-cases, kitchen linen, bathroom linen,bed for baby, high chair.

Possibility of housework, baby-sitting on request.
